This Privacy Policy explains what information NursePro (“we”, “us”) collects when you visit nursepro.site or use the NursePro app, how we use it and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

• Purchase details. When you buy NursePro, our payment processor, Stripe, shares your name, email address, country and order details with us so we can give you access.
• Account details. Your email address and any profile details you choose to add.
• App data. What the app needs to work across your devices, such as your settings and your quiz progress.
• Technical data. Basic device, browser and usage information (such as pages visited and IP address), collected automatically for security and to measure our ads.

Patient information you enter in the Shift Sheet stays only on your device. It is never sent to our servers.

2. How we use it

We use your information to give you access to the app, sign you in (including optional one-time sign-in codes sent by email), provide support, keep the service secure, improve NursePro and measure our advertising. We do not sell your personal information.

3. Cookies and advertising

This website uses the Meta Pixel to measure how our ads perform, for example when a page is visited. You can limit this through your browser settings and your ad preferences on Meta. The app uses your browser’s storage only to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences.

4. Service providers

We rely on trusted providers for hosting and databases, email delivery, payments (Stripe), ad measurement (Meta) and processing for optional AI features. They handle data only to provide their services to us. Your information may be processed in the United States and other countries.

5. Payments

All purchases are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and are never stored on our servers. Stripe keeps the card you used so you can add an optional offer right after checkout without typing it again; it is only charged if you tap to add that offer.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your information while you have access to NursePro and as needed to meet legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example, the UK, Canada or certain US states), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, and to object to certain uses. Contact us to make a request.

8. Children

NursePro is intended for adults and nursing students. It is not directed to children under 16.

9. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version.
