These Terms govern your purchase and use of NursePro, the nursing study and reference app available at nursepro.site. By buying or using NursePro, you agree to them.

1. Educational use only

NursePro is a study and quick-reference tool for nurses and nursing students. It does not provide medical advice and does not replace clinical judgment, facility policies, the prescriber’s orders or product information. Always verify doses and calculations before acting on them. You are responsible for the clinical decisions you make.

2. Purchase and access

NursePro is sold for a one-time payment, with no subscription, and payments are processed by Stripe. You get access to the version you bought (Basic or Premium) for as long as NursePro is offered, at no extra cost. Access ends if the purchase is refunded, charged back or disputed.

3. Your account

Your access is personal and tied to the email used at checkout. Do not share your account. Keep your email secure, and turn on the optional sign-in code in your profile for extra protection.

4. Money-back guarantee

You can request a full refund within 15 days of your purchase by emailing us at help@nursepro.site.

5. Acceptable use

You may not copy, resell, redistribute or publicly share NursePro’s content, scrape or download it in bulk, or attempt to bypass its access controls.

6. Content and updates

We work to keep the content accurate and up to date, and we may add, change or remove content and features to improve the app.

7. Intellectual property

All content, design and software in NursePro belong to NursePro or its licensors and are protected by law. Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

NursePro is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for decisions made based on the app’s content, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for NursePro.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version.
